Administration Assistant

Currently recruiting for a De Brief Clerk for a client based in the Glasgow area. This is for a busy transport company in Glasgow. Previous experience within a transport office based environment is required.

Duties will include:

  • Answering Telephones
  • Emails
  • Word
  • Excel
  • Processing HGV Drivers
  • Filing – General Admin Duties.

This is a 40hr contract

Monday to Saturday – 0600-1400

Monday to Friday – 1000-1800

This will work on a rotation basis therefore MUST be able to work the above hours.

Temp to Perm will be an option for the correct candidate.

Essentials

Candidate MUST have the following:

  • Excellent knowledge of Word/Excel/Emails
  • Good Customer Service
  • Ability to work face to face and over the phone
  • Great Telephone Manner
  • Able to Prioritise Tasks
  • Good Time Management
