Currently recruiting for a De Brief Clerk for a client based in the Glasgow area. This is for a busy transport company in Glasgow. Previous experience within a transport office based environment is required.
Duties will include:
- Answering Telephones
- Processing HGV Drivers
- Filing – General Admin Duties.
This is a 40hr contract
Monday to Saturday – 0600-1400
Monday to Friday – 1000-1800
This will work on a rotation basis therefore MUST be able to work the above hours.
Temp to Perm will be an option for the correct candidate.
Candidate MUST have the following:
- Excellent knowledge of Word/Excel/Emails
- Good Customer Service
- Ability to work face to face and over the phone
- Great Telephone Manner
- Able to Prioritise Tasks
- Good Time Management
