Sure Recruitment Livingston have an exciting opportunity available for an Admin Assistant for our well known clients based in Livingston.

This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate.

Rates:

  • Approx. £23,920 per annum

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document management, Sales invoices, delivery notes.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft packages.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 0830-1700
